UNITED BEVERAGES TO ACQUIRE SOBIESKI TRADE DISTRIBUTOR FROM MARIE BRIZARD

5 AUGUST 2019 – Marie Brizard Wine & Spirits (Euronext: MBWS) announced today that it had signed an agreement to sell its subsidiary in Poland, Sobieski Trade, to United Beverages, one of the largest distributors and importers of alcoholic beverages in Poland. The addition of Sobieski Trade should strengthen our leading market position in Poland. The closing of the transaction is still subject certain condition and the approval of authorities.
