Castel’s team possesses a wealth of expertise in the area of corporate finance, having led pivotal transactions across different sectors and geographies. Our team’s combined experience is over 50 years.
The team members leverage a variety of backgrounds, including professional advisory i.e. investment banking, private equity, consulting, legal and accounting as well as strong industry top management track record (CEO, CFO, CIO roles).
Hands-on
We at Castel believe in strong management teams and will always seek to be hands-on and value-added in the portfolio companies’ activities.
We always put our European network at the disposal of the portfolio companies in order to facilitate strategic partnerships, new market entries, etc.
We seek to participate in structuring and negotiations in subsequent investment rounds to ensure they are performed at the optimal valuation levels and comfortable deal terms.
Tech
For tech deals, we target to invest Euro 100k - Euro 500K in Seed rounds and Euro 500k - Euro 1m in Series A rounds.
TECH INVESTMENTS
Non-tech
Regarding non-tech ventures, Castel Capital opportunistically invests in European growth companies, which both offer an accelerated development profile and are built by committed entrepreneurs.
For traditional economy investments, we focus mainly at the SME-segment and at companies looking for strategic capital supporting restructuring, expansion or M&A.
